I want to put a skirt on my daughters bed, but it is a slat bed. Do I have to get box springs or something of that nature to work or should a deconstruct the skirts and velcro them somehow to the underside of the bed frame? We are thinking about buying a "slat bed" so we have a bed head however don't want to have to buy a new mattress when we already have an ensemble. Can we use the top mattress (i.e. discard the base) and put it on the new bed base?

I need to know how to take my bed frame and convert it into a bed frame that supports wooden slats instead of a box spring. Unfortunately I cannot get a box spring through my hallway. The bed is Full size.

If this is so, would there be any gaps between the slats?

I don't like a bed too firm, but my latex mattress is heavy. Should I buy a new slat bed frame, or just use the old box spring I have for it?. anyone out there with a all latex mattress, please tell me what foundation yours is on, and how you like it. thanks

coz ive broken like 3 of mty boyfriends ones now lol.. so i took one of the broken ones with me to see if i can get some replacments but where shoudl i go???? also... has nay of your slats on your bed broke or is this jst a sign that i really do need to lose weight lol
