I have already tried ebay and craigslist etc. additionally, sending me back to the same site that I said I already found one isn't helpful nor did they have the price I needed. Please help
What happens when a toddler transitions from a crib to a toddler bed?
We have a toddler bed all ready for him, it's in storage. It has railings built in all around the whole thing (as it is meant to be a top bunk bed). Will he get up in the middle of the night and play with his toys and go lay back down in his bed? Will he hurt himself trying to get out of bed since he will have to climb over the railings? Sometimes he will wake up at like 5am, talk and talk, then fall back asleep so I'm curious.

Would you give your 25 month old a toddler bed or a double bed?
I'm seeing alot of barely used toddler beds on Craigslist for sale. We have a double bed in storage. I kind of think it's ridiculous to give a double bed, but that is because I had a twin bed til I was 22. She does seem to thrash around alot in her crib with tent, her chins and forearms are bruised from what ever she is doing in there, before and after she sleeps.
Also, trying to time this and potty training. I know they should not happen at the same time but which should I do first? I think she should be able to go right to the potty in the morning so I should do the bed first. THoughts?
shins! not chins.

Where can I buy a toddler bed with the drawers for storage?
Hey you guys where can I buy a toddler bed in a dark wook tone like cherry wood with the drawers at the bottom for storage? I have seen a lot of cute ones online but does anyone know of a store I can go to without ordering and waiting for the item to come.
I've already tried Walmart, Burlington Coat Factory, Target and K-Mart...
I need to get a big dresser out of my toddlers room for more space. Any ideas what I can do with the
My two kids share a room and there is limited space in the closet, so there is quite a bit of clothes in dresser. I just got the closet cleared, so I will be able to hang more clothes, but I will still have the usual dresser items for 2 kids (boy and girl-ages 3 and 1). I was thinking of under the bed storages, but the toddler bed is to close to the ground I think. Are there any creative ideas of what I can do with the clothes, so I can ditch the dresser?
Thank you in advance
What do you think about bunk beds for a 5 yo & 2 yo?
My boys share a room and it's not the biggest room in the world. Right now, there's a crib, full-size bed & 1 long dresser in their room (also, a small built-in shoe storage in one of the corners). Needless to say, it's kind of cramped. I NEED to put in another dresser as i don't have enough room for their clothes but I have no where to put it. So I am thinking of getting my boys bunk beds to save space & have the room for another dresser (a tall one). Obviously I would have my oldest on the top and my youngest on the bottom.
But my youngest is still in a crib and I do not feel that he is ready for a big boy bed yet. He doesn't understand the concept of laying down and going to sleep. I mean, he will do that in his crib at bedtime, but he also knows that he can't get out. I think if he's in a big boy bed, he'll just get up whenever he wants and not go to bed.
I'm lost at what to do, my oldest was great from the get-go with a toddler bed, never had to fight him to stay in it but my youngest likes to test my patience more at this age.
Should I go for the bunk beds as his first big boy bed or pull out the toddler bed, see how he does and then buy bunk beds?

Is it time for a Toddler bed?
My son is only 14 months old and sleeps in the bed with my husband and I. (i know this is a very bad habit I should have never started) He has always been scared of his crib. We even tried putting him in it to play when he was not tired. We just moved this past weekend and I put his crib in the storage. I was planning on buying him a toddler bed thinking that he would sleep in it since it's just a smaller version of our bed. He still wakes up through the night though also. Is he too young to move him to a toddler bed?
