call the manufactuer. You most likely can get a replacement kit and the instructions from them.

there should be a place where you can go online to get the instrutions, if you have the model number for the crib conversion. or you could call the jardine company. Mabey you could get the hardware at the hardware stoe, If you could find out what you need. good luck. If you have to go buy one, Ild just get a real bed, one that will last for your child.

online... look up the make and model and you should be able to find another set of insructions and most of the time the company will also have conversion kits available for that model if they can convert...
otherwise, if you need to buy a new Toddler bed, I would suggest buying something that obviously fits within your budget... but if you want some good ideas-try shopping either Target.com or Walmart.com they have some cute ones that range in price but are also decorated with kids favorite characters- like Cars or Disney Princesses...

I had the same issue, i called the manufacturer (actually emailed them) and got all the hardware sent to me.
