Are platform beds comfortable to sleep on?
I am thinking about buying a queen-sized platform bed for my guest room since I would only have to buy a mattress and not a boxspring. How are they to sleep on? Would it be okay for guests?

They are really comfortable as long as you know how to put them together sturdily. My husband and I got one from Ikea, but we are not he handiest people, and we were sleeping one night and kurplunk! the whole bed collapsed! So.... we invited his handy friend over to fix it and after it was put together the right way, it was soooo comfortable! (As long as your mattress is comfy, too!)
