It all depends on how much you cook. when i cooked a lot i did it every 6 mo and also the washer and dryer is every 6 mo no matter what. if you want to take a short cut you can pull the bottom door out, and vacuum and clean it that way as that door comes all the way out and that is easier and i do that some times 1 time a mo. also it is good to vacuum under everything once a mo to save your carpet.
